William Garland is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He has an extensive twenty-two year history working specifically in client development and servicing. William has an eighteen-year background in the banking industry with several financial institutions, working in all aspects of the industry from operations to management and sales. He worked his way up the ladder to Vice President, Business Banker with two banks. The last four years he has spent assisting his clients with safe retirement planning, life insurance protection and consulting services. His wealth of knowledge and expertise has helped many business owners and individuals succeed personally and financially. William was highlighted in Black Enterprise magazine, People On The Move, and was chosen as one of the top 20 Under 40 young business leaders by South Carolina's largest daily, The State newspaper. He has experience in working with entrepreneurs, existing business owners and individuals who want to make their dreams a reality by assisting them with safe retirement planning, insurance protection and managing and operating sustainable businesses. In 2009, William established Principle Business Services and Foresters Financial Services. William is also an inventor; in 2008, he invented the Target Mat, which is a golf training aid.
