Overview

Set against the backdrop of two different countries, in Two Parallel Lines, the young Krishna arrives in Singapore and sets off on a journey that will unravel well kept family secrets stretching between two countries, two cultures and two lives lived on either side of a line they never knew existed. When Krishna migrates from his hometown in India to Singapore, he stumbles upon a secret that links his father's past with a faraway family and forgotten traditions and sacrifices. Torn between his conflicting emotions of betrayal and love, Krishna, our young hero, must find the courage to accept the silent sacrifices of his family and look deep within to face the truth, however ugly it may be, to forgive and to free himself of the shackles of the past in order to heal, and in the process, understand what it means to truly be part of a family.
