Table of ContentsReviewsElizabeth Moore TOP 1000 REVIEWER 5.0 out of 5 stars Back in the Village Verified Purchase I was so pleased to see Vicky and her husband Joe safely back in their Spanish village after a year abroad teaching in Bahrain. Join them again as they settle back into their life of crazy villagers, chickens, kittens and family dramas. Again this memoir extends an invitation to the reader to join the author and her husband for some more crazy adventures in the small Andalusian village of El Hoyo. Serena TOP 1000 REVIEWER VINE VOICE After Bahrain the Old Fools Go Home! Hooray! Verified Purchase The Tweads settled in to the life they loved. They got some great news that their daughter in Australia was pregnant. There are strange goings on at the Ufartes house. Paco's daughter falls in love. There is very sad news about one of their elderly friends. They paint the henhouse pink. The Tweads sort of bumbling life goes on in an entertaining way. At the end of the book Victoria states that this is probably her last Old Fools book. I bought this book in 2014 and just got around to reading it and thought that no more books was a little sad. I go online and see there is a new sequel and a couple of prequels. Bought them. This is entertaining as they all are and I am looking forward to reading the others. Author InformationVictoria Twead is the New York Times bestselling author of Chickens, Mules and Two Old Fools and the subsequent books in the Old Fools series. After living in a remote mountain village in Spain for eleven years, and owning probably the most dangerous cockerel in Europe, Victoria and Joe retired to Australia. Another joyous life-chapter has begun. Website: www.victoriatwead.com Join her on Facebook at www.facebook.com/VictoriaTwead Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
