Author Information

Francis Terry is a Fellow of the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has represented the UK government at international conferences on the transport and disposal of waste, investigated privatisation and investment in infrastructure for Union Railways, studied access to transport and modal shift for the Highways Agency and evaluated Clear Zones. He acts as Chairman of the Regulated Industries Network.
