JAMES BUSUMTWI-SAM is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Simon Fraser University. He has published on the politics of macroeconomic policy reform and financial liberalization in developing countries, international financial institutions and the political economy of conflict, security and peacebuilding. - LAURENT DOBUZINSKIS is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Simon Fraser University.
