OverviewAwakened by an alarm clock, from an enduring dream of purpose and peace, a man and his dog embark on a remarkable quest to find the source of inspiration. On their journey, they discover hidden connections to the universe and to each other, revealing a new paradigm for awareness by tuning in to these connections, as if to invisible frequencies on an FM radio dial. The story is told in a single 24-hour day, through a character known to his friends as Jack FM Hernandez -a musician, scientist, family man, and cancer survivor, with a big kindly shepherd dog named Tux by his side. Even as Jack's day tumbles and turns, he muses on lyrics and life, riffing on cultural references from Einstein and Thoreau to Bill Murray and the Beatles, with open-minded curiosity and warm-hearted humor. (((Tuning Jack FM))) offers a holistic view of humanity, connecting art and science, logic and intuition, faith and reason, free will and the unconscious, and confronting profound questions about the nature of our truest selves.
