She is also an author of several books in Hebrew, as well as a mother of three children. She was born in California, and moved to Israel with her family when she was one year old, and lives there to this day. When her two daughters were small she helped them learn how to read in Hebrew and in English, which was how Tsuki and The Alphabet book was created. She had consulted several different people to make sure that the material was as accurate as possible, including dictionaries and Wikipedia.
