OverviewI chose the 30 recipes in this cookbook because they are easy to make and the results are tried, tested and yummy! The trick with any pudding pie is to make sure the thickness and consistency of the pudding match with the crust or is less dense than the crust, so your pie doesn't fall apart when you slice it. Most of the pudding companies will include a pudding pie recipe on the mix box or feature several of them on their websites. I have tried several of these and included them here if they made the cut. My favourite type of crust is crushed graham crackers and butter and is the simplest crust to make. The slightly nutty flavour of the graham crackers also goes well with cinnamon if you like, but only add a very small amount, so it doesn't overwhelm the senses.
