Highly successful organizational consultant and leading industry expert Sharone Bar-David has over twenty-five years of experience creating respectful and productive workplaces around the globe. A former family therapist and lawyer, Sharone's unique, comprehensive and human approach to tackling workplace incivility has made her a nationally renowned speaker and coach, as well as a long-standing contributor for Canadian HR Reporter. Her popular blog had gained a loyal international following. She is also a coach who helps transform the behavior of abrasive leaders. Sharone works in Toronto, Ontario, where she is President of Bar-David Consulting, a consultancy firm with a client base covering a wide range of industries and sectors.
