I began playing tournament chess in 2006. It didn't take long for me to see that the ratings system left much to be desired. In this book I reveal the ratings system that I plan to use when I launch my chess website. I make the argument that the chess community should embrace the system that I put forth here and that the chess community should embrace the formula that I share in this work that is used to determine the exact value of the pieces and the exact value of the squares. Chess is an expression of Pi . I also introduce my latest creation, my board game Mi-Pi . Mi- Pi is the most recent spin-off of my board game Diametrical . This book should be the new guide for the chess community on how to rate players and on how to adjust their ratings game by game. Every player should know what is at stake before they play a game. The formula should be simple and easy to understand.
