The story of Tracy Monteith and Pastor Thomas Monteith, who share their life experience with mental illness, specifically Major Depression. Their story is shared in a unique format. Tracy openly shares her thoughts and feelings pre-diagnosis into adulthood in several vignettes. Thomas then shares what he is thinking and feeling during the same time frames. This parallel disclosure will help both those living with their own mental illness diagnosis and those who care for someone diagnosed or in the pre-diagnosis phase. Their story starts in their late teens, their dating relationship and continues into mid-life adulthood.Tracy and Tom also share their experiences within the faith community.
