Jason Matthew Stanley is a career marketer, graphic designer, and entrepreneur turned writer in pursuit of a lifelong ambition. A lover of books from an early age, he developed a passion for historical fiction shaped by the works of Patrick O'Brian, Bernard Cornwell, and others. While exploring his family's genealogy, Jason discovered that he is a descendant of John and Jane Fraser through their daughter, Catherine. The more he learned about their lives, the more he felt called to tell their story.
