Welcome to the end, dearly departed one. The year is 1888 A.D. and Noël Rousseau finds himself wandering the country with a perplexing demonic girl, Annabelle Vamir. Conflicted by the ghosts of his past, the vampire sets his sights on readjusting to a brand new world. But that is easier said than done, when there are stranger beings that haunt these lands, such as an eerily familiar grim reaper. However, there are other factors at play...mysteries that he would prefer to not unravel. From ancient ruins submerged beneath the ocean to long dead faces hidden behind unassuming doors, Noël knows of only one thing.
