His research interests are: circular economy, supply chain management, research on innovative development of the economy using a neo-institutional approach and mathematical modeling methods, digitalization of industry, etc. Alexey has such national honorary titles as ""Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural History"", ""Honored Worker of Science and Education"", ""Founder of the Scientific School"".
