He holds a Bachelor of Science and master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. His experience includes site surveys, corridor alignment layout studies and designs, right of way layout and property research, drainage studies and design, utility mapping and coordination, inter-agency coordination, and management of bridge inspection condition reporting.
