Reviews

Translation and Language in Nineteenth- Century Ireland is a very valuable contribution to our understanding of the ideological debates surrounding translation in Ireland, and the people and periodicals that facilitated the transmission of European ideas into Irish culture, during a century in which Ireland was transformed. (Melissa Fegan, Translation and Literature, Vol. 27, 2018)
