Habeeb Ur Rahiman holds a Ph.D. in Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, where his research explored the influence of quality of work-life, ego-states, and job attitudes on organizational commitment and productivity among bank employees. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the same institution. Currently, Dr. Rahiman is an Assistant Professor at Kingdom University, Bahrain. He also serves as the Coordinator of the Staff Development Unit and MBA Program. His academic career spans roles in both India and Bahrain, contributing to his diverse teaching and research portfolio. His research interests cover organizational behavior, human resource management, fintech, and the integration of AI in management practices. Dr. Rahiman has published extensively in prestigious journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC, with over 50 publications covering topics from sustainability marketing to digital transformation, behavioral science, supply chain and the impact of COVID-19 on education and employment. In addition to his academic role, Dr. Rahiman is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute, UK, and a Fellow of Advance HE, UK, reflecting his commitment to academic leadership and innovative teaching methods. Rashmi Kodikal is an academician and researcher with 23+ years in higher education, HR development, and behavioral science. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour, an MBA with top honors, and PG diplomas in HRM and IT. Her expertise includes emotional intelligence, work-life balance, employee productivity, and digital transformation. She has published in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC journals, with numerous citations. Dr. Kodikal has mentored doctoral scholars, guided thousands of PG research projects, and edited two peer-reviewed journals. She is also a trainer and facilitator, known for 75+ international workshops on self-development, emotional intelligence, and behavioral diagnostics, often using art-based therapy. She has contributed to curriculum design, digital learning, academic quality, and institutional governance. Her work blends strategic thinking with emotional insight in HR and organizational development.
