Jill ""GiGi"" Austin, MBA, CEO and founder of GrowthFlows, and best-selling author, helps visionaries transform their leadership style and move toward self mastery. She combines her leadership expertise and business acumen with profound energy-shifting practices that unwind limiting patterns, recover sovereignty and joy, and catapult leaders to the next level of success they're dreaming of. Nationally known as a trendsetter in her industry and field, Jill served as Chief Marketing Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Strategic Marketing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was responsible for brand identity, market positioning and presence, marketing strategies, and growth for Vanderbilt and its affiliated network. Jill also chaired the Association of American Medical Colleges' General Institutional Advancement Council. Having trained in various energy-shifting practices, Jill is an advanced shamanic practitioner and a certified Feng Shui consultant. Additionally, she has completed formal studies in astrology, the Kabbalah, mindful self-compassion, Google's Search Inside Yourself, tarot, Strength-Finder, chakras, the divine feminine, sound healing, and VortexHealing(R).
