The wire is an axisymmetric layered product with a diameter of 0.35 mm, consisting of a silver core, which acts as a frame to which a copper sheath is attached. The presence of a silver core is necessary because the copper sheath dissolves unevenly during use. Without a central core, fragments can form, which can lead to injury to internal organs.
