OverviewMia's Bayeux Tapestry Musings - Transfers, Shapes & Features is Part 3 of the series about my Bayeux Tapestry replica project. In this book we are looking at how I used to transfer images from the reference book, using homemade templates and how I do it now with a ruler, calculator and a set of pins. Thanks to working this way, I have learned to freestyle Bayeux images and if I can do it, you can too. When drawing images on my Bayeux Tapestry replica, some of the shapes have become ingrained in my muscle memory and I will share some of those in this book. I will also highlight plenty of features on the embroidery that I find particularly interesting. After reading this book, there is a great risk of you looking at the medieval masterpiece differently and scanning it for details that you may never have paid much attention to before. You're welcome! The book is written in a lighthearted and cheeky way, just like Part 1 and 2 of Mia's Bayeux Tapestry Musings.
