OverviewTraining of Trainers (TOT) programs are essential for preparing healthcare educators; however, they are often undervalued and inconsistently implemented, especially in the Middle East and Arab countries. Many existing TOT courses in these regions are commercially driven, lack academic rigor, and are delivered by unqualified personnel, making them unsuitable for training physicians, dentists, and pharmacists. This study conducted a comprehensive search across international academic databases and publishing platforms to identify TOT course books that meet the standards of medical education. Four course books authored by Dr. Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi were found to be scientifically grounded, formally accredited, and widely recognized, with translations into several European languages. These publications not only outline a structured TOT curriculum but also serve as a benchmark for academic integrity and pedagogical quality in healthcare education. The findings underscore Dr. Al-Mosawi's pivotal role in establishing TOT as a recognized academic discipline.
