Rob Maxwell is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with over thirty-one years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in exercise physiology. Rob has competed in bodybuilding, triathlons, and marathons, and he is the proud owner of Maxwell's Fitness Programs, which he has successfully operated for more than thirty years.
