Geralt Siebert ist Inhaber der Professur fur Baukonstruktion und Bauphysik an der Universitat der Bundeswehr Munchen und Gesellschafter des Ingenieurburo Dr. Siebert mit einem Schwerpunkt Glas- und Fassadenbau. Er ist Obmann des Arbeitsausschusses fur die Normenreihe DIN 18008 Glas im Bauwesen - Bemessungs- und Konstruktionsregeln. Dr.-Ing. Iris Maniatis ist Projektleiterin im Ingenieurburo Dr. Siebert, und Lehrbeauftragte an der Universitat der Bundeswehr Munchen. Sie hat langjahrige Praxis- und Pruferfahrung im Konstruktiven Glasbau.
