Author Information

Sanda Renko is a Professor in the Department of Trade at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. She has carried out research on retailing and wholesaling, category management, logistics, and channels of distribution. She is the editor of Challenges for the Trade in Central and Southeast Europe, and has been the guest editor of journals such as the British Food Journal, Journal of Food Products Marketing, and the World Journal of Retail Business Management. Blazenka Knezevic is an Associate Professor in the Department of Trade at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. She has participated in various scientific research projects and has published more than 40 papers in conference proceedings, books and academic journals. She is a member of the editorial board of the Business Excellence Journal (BEJ) and the advisory board of the Entrepreneurial Business and Economics Review (EBER). She is a regular reviewer for several international scientific journals and a member of several programme committees of various international scientific conferences.
