Michel Trochu is a professor emeritus at the University of Tours and former legal expert for the European Parliament. Danielle Charles-Le Bihan is a professor emeritus, a former Jean Monnet Chair, and a researcher at the Institut de l'Ouest at the University of Rennes. Thi Thu Huong Trinh is a professor at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in Vietnam and the deputy editor-in-chief of the Vietnamese Journal of Legal Sciences. Kim Ngan Vu is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law and a co-chairholder of the WTO Chairs Programme at the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam. Ngoc Ha Nguyen is a professor and director of the Institute of Creative Research at the Higher School of Foreign Trade in Vietnam.
