Implementing a food safety management system (FSMS) is a regulatory requirement for every firm in global food supply chains. Dong Li is a Reader in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Liverpool, UK. He is a well-established researcher in sustainability and food supply chain research. His research has been published in internationally leading journals in his area and has been awarded over one million pounds as a research project leader by UK and European funding bodies. He has been an active researcher in book publishing, keynote speech and guest editing.
