The results will enable olive growers to determine the ideal harvest time to meet growing demand for high-quality olive oils.This optimal stage varies depending on many factors, such as variety, climatic conditions and cultivation practices. The 2022/2023 season, marked by extreme weather events in the Mediterranean basin, has highlighted the importance of adapting farming practices to ensure the sustainability of olive production.
