Dr Ruth Walker is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Waikato, Hamilton, New Zealand. Her research areas are in bioethics and social science research ethics. Dr Liezl van Zyl is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Waikato, Hamilton, New Zealand. Her research areas are virtue ethics and bioethics.
