William F. Pinar is Tetsuo Aoki Professor of Curriculum Studies at the University of British Columbia, Canada. Madeleine R. Grumet, now retired, formerly served as Professor of Education and Dean at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Brooklyn College, City University of New York, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
