This book is a compilation of 13 chapters on Tourism, Economy and Environment, analyzing the current situation and identifying future trends and new challenges in this field. The work has been divided into two blocks, one on Tourism and Management and another on Tourism and Legislation. Part I, Tourism and Management, consists of 8 chapters. Specifically, two chapters deal with sustainability issues. Also, the authors analyze factors that influence the success of companies in the sharing economy sector, analysis of the communication of environmental information through hotel websites, talent management and variables affecting eco-innovation. Part II, Tourism and Legislation, consists of 5 chapters and addresses two large topics. On the one hand, research related to legislation in parks and natural spaces, where we find three chapters. Finally, there are works focused on the analysis of legislative aspects related to a very current issue
