The author completed 3 bicycle journeys throughout the United States before turning 25 years old. The first of which was Colorado to Iowa, the second Colorado to New Mexico and Arizona, and the last which is documented in Tour De Compassion from Washington state to Georgia. He is also a long distace runner, a professional chef, a farmer, an avid rock climber, an artist, a loving husband and also a proud puppy owner.
