I have studied both the arts and sciences, gaining a BSc in Math. As a mature student, I studied architecture and I still design the occasional project for friends and family. But there's nothing that grabs my attention more than the possibility of experiencing another Total Eclipse of the Sun! So much so that this is my THIRD book on eclipses. I am passionate about encouraging people to make the effort to see one! It's a challenge because most people in the world will only ever have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness a total solar eclipse IN PERSON. They need to be in the right place, at the right time, and they need to be really clued up beforehand so they don't miss a thing. That is my main aim with this book.
