Dino Garner is a former biophysicist, Army Ranger, overseas operator, military aviation photographer, studio photographer, and NY Times bestselling ghostwriter/editor. He now publishes a line of fiction and nonfiction books for a worldwide audience. Dr. Prewett is a well-known and highly respected aeromedical neuropsychologist who works with fighter pilots and airline pilots. He has a unique insight to the mind of the fighter pilot, and expresses it well in the Foreword to this book. General Deptula is a retired US Air Force three-star general and fighter pilot. He was the principal attack planner for the Operation Desert Storm coalition air campaign in 1991. In several conflicts, as a general, he flew 80 combat missions. He has been cited as having ... fostered the most significant change in the conduct of aerial warfare since [General] Billy Mitchell...Deptula's framework influenced the successful air campaigns in Operations Allied Force, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom.
