Author Information

M.E. Gkikaki is a classical archaeologist and numismatist. She has been a member of the ERC project 'Token Communities in the Ancient Mediterranean', and she is currently Research Fellow at the University of Warwick, where she held a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship from 2018-2021. In addition to the edited collection Tokens in Classical Athens and Beyond published by Liverpool University Press, she is also preparing a monograph on the topic.
