Author Information

Mike grew up in the UK but has lived in New Zealand for the past thirty years. His background in information technology and security led him in 1999 to head the New Zealand Police's IT and communications for a meeting of world leaders, including US President Bill Clinton. Holding top secret security clearance, he coordinated with intelligence agencies and police forces around the world. For the following two decades, Mike was one of New Zealand's foremost computer forensic scientists and expert witnesses, cofounding his own company. He lives in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand with his wife Sue, when not pursuing his passion for world travel.
