To Find Peace

Overview

Cleave had already begun saying goodbye - not out loud, but in his heart. With no wife, no children, and no one to carry his name forward, he believed the last chapter of his life would be written in quiet solitude. Then Kathy walked in. A sharp, determined blonde real estate agent with a past of her own, she wasn't looking for a father - and Cleave certainly wasn't looking for a daughter. But life has a way of stitching together what time has unraveled. Through unexpected turns, hard truths, and moments of grace neither of them saw coming, Cleave and Kathy form a bond neither blood nor circumstance could have predicted. Together, they confront unfinished business, mend old wounds, and tie up the loose strings that have lingered too long. In this heartfelt story of redemption, second chances, and chosen family, follow Cleave and Kathy as they discover that it's never too late to rewrite the ending - and sometimes the family you need is the one you find.

Author Information

Dennis Williams is a third generation Arizonan. He has spent his life from an early age in agriculture. His main focus has been cattle, first in feedlots, ranches and even a fourteen month stint in a large meat packing plant. Along the way, Dennis has been a active roper in rodeos and jackpot competitions. He's been a finalist in the international feedlot team roping finals, first in Las Vegas, then Elko Nevada. In 2012 he started writing, first in memoirs of forty years in the cattle business, then moving on to cowboy fiction. Most of his work has been an enjoyable pastime. Since he retired from rodeoing, he has started producing the 'REX ALLEN DAYS RODEO' in Rex s home town of Willcox AZ. Rex was Dennis' hero and from early childhood, he has always wanted to be an Arizona cowboy.
