Samantha Montgomerie is an author who loves writing for young people. She has written a number of educational readers, middle grade fiction and poetry. She has numerous poems published for adults, found in various anthologies and literary journals. She has worked for over 25 years as an English teacher, and loves seeing young people engrossed in great stories. She lives in New Zealand, where she likes to wander, letting the salt-laced air inspire great plotlines and poetry.
