OverviewArchibald Gracie was among the last to leave the sinking Titanic. His is the most vivid and accurate first-hand account of the disaster ever published. As well as detailing his own experiences Gracie tracked down as many survivors as possible, and attended the numerous court hearings in the United States to obtain the official record.
