Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationThe author visited Kefalonia as a volunteer, to rescue baby turtles and the idea of Tiny Turtle 32 was born one night, on a beach, whilst watching these amazing tiny creatures, so full of bravery, courage and determination. It made her think of the children she worked with at a Primary School in Suffolk, who also show these traits. She wanted to give an opportunity to parents, and caregivers, to read with their children and talk about their emotions, those emotions similar to Tiny Turtle 32 and there is space in the book for these reflections to be written about, or drawn, or both. Laura is about to complete her Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and is passionate about helping young people understand emotion, but also giving them time and opportunity to discuss them with a loved one. With the sale of each book, a donation will be given to Wildlife Sense, in Kefalonia, for their continued conservation work with the turtles and their environment.
