Led to Tibetan Buddhism by a night-time dream, Naomi C Rose has immersed herself in Tibetan culture and wisdom for over ten years. She has studied writing throughout her life and earned a BFA in 1998. She has exhibited her artwork throughout the Pacific Northwest and in England. Naomi dedicates her writing and art skills to creating children's books about Tibetan culture. The Dalai Lama is recognised internationally as an advocate of world peace and inter-religious understanding. He received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989.
