Nationally he is the Founder President of the Indian Society of Thyroid Surgeons, Past President of the Foundation of Head & Neck Oncology in India and the Founding President of the Vidarbha Society for Head and Neck Oncology. He has been the president of Laryngology and Voice Association of India. He has also been President of Maharashtra State ENT associations.
