Overview

Three Bird Song is a modern-day folktale about friendship, loyalty and acceptance. Written in the tradition of Ghanaian storytelling, author Efua Winful has captured the charm and vitality of the country from which she came. Chi, a plain brown bird and Kah, a pompous, white-vested crow, are used to being chased from the marketplace when they go searching for food because of their annoying calls.
