As Kristy and Bolt navigate their barren world, both of whom are ignorant to its harsh realities, they uncover haunting truths about the City at it's center, truths that could redefine what it means to be human. Gripping, emotional, and thought-provoking, Those Iron Eyes is a short tale of resilience, morality and the pursuit of truth in a world on the brink of complete collapse. The majority of this story was written during the middle-school years of the author's life and completed over the course of secondary education. It was picked up by a literature teacher, who took the draft to a conference and conveyed a compelling urge to publish to the author.
