John Glyn Hughes is a master nlp practitioner and coach, master hypnotherapist and trainer based in Helensburgh, Scotland. He delivers one to one and group sessions to private clients in an intimate, permissive and naturalistic environment. He is also the founder of align nlp & hypnotherapy and has delivered training throughout the UK and the USA. A keen writer, John also enjoys designing and building wooden furniture from recycled materials, is a keen musician and singer and counts jogging, walking and an appreciation of nature amongst some of his many hobbies. John has a highly developed sensitivity, self awareness and an acute yet empathic eye for detail whilst observing others. He has an unerring ability to communicate with others at the deepest subconscious level and totally rejects the use of nlp or hypnosis for subversive means. He is outspoken against those who either knowingly, or unknowingly, predominantly utilise psychotherapy for the greatest financial gain and perceived status - his ethos is that of helping others...his primary personal value.
