In this second collection of poems by Marcia Camino, the reader is invited into a poetry that explores perception. What lies before us, behind us, and within us, according to the poems' various speakers, travels down bumpily real and at times ethereally smooth paths of the spirit and creative soul: vision both sharp and obscured takes its place in the songs and stories of the body collective. * Marcia Camino holds an M.F.A. in poetry and is a yogi and mermaid-in-training living in Berea, Ohio. She teaches aqua and yoga classes, is a writing tutor and freelance writer and editor, and works as a book archivist. At present, Marcia is writing a children's adventure book and a fiction series set in a magical land created in honor of some of her favorite places in New England.
