S. Mekala is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the National Institute of Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu, India. Her research interests include Curriculum Design, Teaching and Learning Methods, Corporate Communication and 21st Century Skills Education. She has published over thirty articles in Scopus, ESCI, EBSCO, and refereed journals. M.P Shabitha is an Assistant Professor of English at Government Arts and Science College, Kallakurichi, Tamilnadu, India. Her research interests include Second Language writing, Thinking Skills, Metacognition, emotional regulation, Psycholinguistics and Sociolinguistics. She has published research papers in Scopus, ESCI, EBCSO and refereed international journals.
