Kathleen Johnson is a DEI and Anti-Racism educator, consultant, and coach. She is CEO of Kreativ Culture Strategies, which helps organizations creatively experience culture shift, and is a senior consultant at Provincial Health Services Authority in British Columbia, Canada. Kathleen holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Carleton University, a paralegal diploma from Canadian Business College, and a DEI certificate from Cornell University. She was in the arts for many years as a makeup artist in film and television. In the middle of her career in the arts she was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been in remission for 10 years. Today she resides on Vancouver Island and has 5 adult children with special needs, including autism.
