She is CEO of Kreativ Culture Strategies, which helps organizations creatively experience culture shift, and is a senior consultant at Provincial Health Services Authority in British Columbia, Canada. Kathleen holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Carleton University, a paralegal diploma from Canadian Business College, and a DEI certificate from Cornell University. She was in the arts for many years as a makeup artist in film and television. In the middle of her career in the arts she was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been in remission for 10 years.
