Reviews

Brian Winslade has over forty years of experience as a leader in churches in New Zealand, Australia, Bangladesh and the USA. This has given him a breadth of experience working with churches of all sizes. This book brings together all of this experience and should be required reading for anyone involved with church eldership and governance. One of the biggest challenges within church life is setting the culture around governance, management and pastoral leadership. Who leads what and who leads who? Where do boundaries and responsibilities begin and end? Brian seeks to provide answers to these questions and more as he skillfully unpacks Scripture for us to reveal God's structures for leadership as well as fusing this with best practice experience. Craig Vernall National Leader Baptist Churches of New Zealand
