She holds a Ph.D. in education with an emphasis in psychology and counseling from George Mason University and a M.A. in psychology from Boston University. Sherri Franklin-Guy, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is Professor of Special Education in the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling at California State University, San Bernardino. She holds a Ph.D. in communication sciences and disorders, a M.Ed. in special education, and is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist.
